Included in our price is a comprehensive report on title. This is a bible of all information, searches, title documents and a narrative from us as to what they mean and what is important to the Client. They will not receive this level of service from many of our competitors. Our quotes are entirely transparent, there are no hidden charges which suddenly appear later. Please note – Properties over £125,000 will be subject to stamp duty.
