Terms and Conditions (non-exhaustive):
1. The Claim being accepted by us and completion of a form signed by the referrer to ensure we comply with SRA regulation as to the relationship with the client. The client will be informed by us as to the scheme and must not object.
2. Liability being admitted.
3. No allegations of fraud.
4. The personal injury claim must be worth in excess of £1000.
5. A Conditional Fee Agreement form must be signed and returned.
6. You must have instructed us direct and not through a Ministry of Justice regulated body, (Claims Management Company).
7. We will only pay either one referral fee or Cash advance per claim. The Cash Advance will be deducted from the final settlement figure. Payment will be made by cheque.
8. The third party must be traced .
9. CICA claims are excluded.
