Moving to a large regional practice in 2001 she gained further knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial property but she couldn’t keep away and after a chance meeting with John Shield arrived back in the fold and at JST in 2007.
She has worked for private clients and commercial developers in relation to a wide range of property matters including complex transactions, with particular experience in the areas of the disposal of large residential developments, residential sale and purchase and remortgage.
Julia enjoys speaking with clients and providing a “personal service” and ensures the team she manages does the same. This shows in the feedback received from clients.
Julia enjoys many activities out of work such as socializing, skiing, hill walking but especially scuba diving (but only in warm water), which means that this activity is confined to her summer holidays !
